At FUNNZ, we create and fully manage premium iGaming brands. We have offices in Malta and Marbella, powered by highly experienced teams with a wealth of industry knowledge. We’re looking for a curious, detail‑oriented CRM Executive to join our small-but-mighty CRM team. You’ll get hands-on experience running campaigns across multiple brands and verticals, working at the heart of player communication and retention.
What You’ll Do
- Execute multi‑channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, onsite) across all our brands
- Segment users and manage customer lists to match campaign goals
- Test and QA campaigns before they go live to ensure they look and work perfectly
- Help manage our promotional calendar from brief to delivery
- Communicate with Customer Support about upcoming promos and help solve campaign-related questions
- Support the CRM Manager and Head of CRM with performance tracking and reporting
- Get involved in optimizing automated player journeys and identifying new CRM opportunities
- Document your work for better team visibility and coordination
- Pitch in with other CRM tasks as they come up - we’re a tight team
Your First 6 Months
You’ll run clean, error-free campaigns and quickly get a feel for our player journeys and promotional flows. As you grow more confident, you’ll start spotting gaps, suggesting improvements, and building the foundation to move into a more strategic CRM role.
You’ll Fit Right In If You...
- Bring experience from the iGaming industry (e.g. CS, operations, marketing, affiliate, VIP)
- Pay close attention to detail and aim for zero errors
- Manage your time well and stay on top of deadlines
- Enjoy solving problems and working as part of a team
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
Helpful Background
- Previous CRM experience
- Familiarity with campaign tools like Optimove or similar
- Understanding of bonuses, player lifecycles, and segmentation
- Nordic language skills
