Our recruitment process
Week 1
Application review
Your application is reviewed and shortlisted by the hiring manager and HR.
Week 1/2
1st Interview with hiring manager or HR
Week 2/3
2nd interview or assessment
2nd interview can be done by a senior manager or another member of the team together with the hiring manager.
Week 2/3
Challenge or Assessment (if relevant)
The assessment can take the shape of a scenario-based challenge that is presented back to a panel. For Customer support roles this would be a role-playing assessment. For tech it would be a dev challenge.
Week3/4
Offer & References
While you think about the offer details, we will be busy contacting 2-3 people you worked / reported to in your past roles to ask about any final aspects of your experience and better understand how to keep you motivated.
Week 4
Contract sent and signed.
You accept our offer, and everyone is happy! :) More details about onboarding, your first day and how to get your home office funded and set up will also be provided.
