About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a Senior Finance Executive with a strong focus on PSP accounting and treasury. You’ll be the go-to person for PSP reconciliations, cashflow monitoring, and banking relationships, while still getting hands-on with day-to-day accounting operations. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves optimising processes, and gets a kick out of balancing numbers to the cent, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of PSP reconciliations and keep everything balanced
• Monitor and report on company cashflow, connecting PSP inflows with business needs
• Manage banking relationships and handle queries
• Support day-to-day accounting and payment flows
• Contribute to month-end management accounts
• Help streamline processes and systems for greater efficiency
• Assist with external audits and provide required reports

What We’re Looking For

• B2C gaming industry experience (Curacao markets ideally)
• Proven experience in PSP reconciliations (treasury/banking a big plus)
• A qualified accountant (or in the final stages)
• Excellent Excel skills (you live and breathe pivot tables)
• Experience with Business Central accounting software
• A great communicator, problem solver, and detail-obsessed professional

Helpful Background

• Bonus points if you’ve worked with PSP reconciliation automation tools, MGA/regulated markets, Sportsbook, FP&A, or Big4
